Please feel free to leave us a message at any time.  If we are not able to take your call when you contact us, all messages will be returned as quickly as possible. As with you I am a stay at home mom so there are times where it is just not possible to make it to the phone.  All orders will be processed daily and shipped on Tuesdays & Thursdays. If you have any other questions, please feel free to either call our toll free # or email me at renee@modishmonkeys.com.

Online Shopping Terms
Orders can be placed by email or fax, simply click on the Order Form button next to the items to pull up.  Fill out the form and send it back, an invoice including the GST and Shipping will be emailed or faxed back to confirm the order.  At this time a PayPal invoice will also be emailed to you for payment.
 
I don’t have a shopping cart on my website to allow freedom with gift wrapping, shipping to multiple locations (gifts), and any questions you may have about the product itself.  Also, you can contact me on our toll free number at any time with questions you may have about the product.
 
If you are placing an order by email please send me the following: the item(s) you would like, your name, address, phone number.  I will confirm the order again by sending you an invoice as well as an invoice from PayPal for payment. If you wish to pay by cheque, the order will be held for 10 days after cheque is received.
 

General Order Information

• All prices are in Canadian Dollars.  For U.S. orders, current bank rate of exchange will be used and converted through your credit card providert.
• GST of 5% applies to all orders being shipped within Canada.
• We use Canada Post Expedited Parcel for USA shipping.  Please allow 6 – 12 business days shipping time.
• Customers are responsible for any extra customs and duty charges that may apply to the USA.
• US orders are not subject to GST.
• Modish Monkeys is not responsible for damage caused by shipping, there fore will purchase insurance on the items when shipping is arranged.

Shipping
Domestic and USA orders are sent through Canada Post.  If you prefer another carrier please advise as to what carrier and orders will be shipped as per. If you would like to know what the shipping costs will be, please ask.  
 
Orders from Edmonton and surrounding area (Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Devon, Beaumont) will be delivered free of charge. If you are unsure if your town is included in the area please call or email and we will let you know.

Exchanges and Returns
Life’s too short to clutter our homes with things that just don’t work for us. So whether you’ve bought something for yourself or received a gift, if the item is not going to work for you please let me know.  Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, as long as they still have all the original packaging, and have not been used or worn.  Special order items are not refundable, call for more information.
 
If you have received a gift and would like to return it for a credit or exchange, please send the item(s) to me at the shipping address above.  Be sure to include your name, address, phone number and email.  If you know what you would like in its place, that information can be detailed in a note as well.  If you would like a credit note it will be emailed to you immediately upon receipt of merchandise.

Safety Terms
Modish Monkeys stresses the importance of reading all manufacturer instructions to ensure that you wear the product correctly to keep your baby safe at all times.  Modish Monkeys is more than willing to provide direct links to the manufacturer’s websites for additional instructions.  When purchasing a product from this website, we have assumed that you have read all the instructions and will practice safe wearing and use with the products we sell.
 
The consumers/users are solely responsible for the safety of themselves and individuals in their care while using the products.  Modish Monkeys, its employees and any representatives of the company will not be held liable for injury or damages sustained while using any of the products sold on this website.  By purchasing products sold by Modish Monkeys, the consumer agrees to take full responsibility for the safety of themselves and their babies.
 
We also don’t guarantee that all products will work for your child as all children with Eczema, Asthma and Allergies react differently to different products. Please always do a test patch of all skin care products prior to use just to confirm there is no reaction. As for clothing, please always wash Clothing and Bedding (as per manufacturers instructions) prior to wearing on your child. All items on Modishmonkeys.com are subject to manufacturers warranties.

At Modish Monkeys, we do not share or sell your personal information with third parties.  Personal information includes your name, address, phone number, email address and credit card information.  We gather this information for the purpose of processing your transactions only.  Your trust is very important to us and will be respected during every transaction with us.
